Refurbished Dell Systems:

All of Dell's new computers come with a 21 day total satisfaction policy. As a result of this policy, some computers are returned to Dell. When a computer system is returned, it is inspected thoroughly, restored to original factory specifications, tested and repackaged for resale. Such computer systems are sold as "refurbished".

Dell refurbished systems include the same limited warranty and 24 hour tech support as new systems. Dell even uses brand-new boxes for packaging.
